AVEOASIA senior personnel are back in KL after a very successful OSHKOSH Air Venture 2007.
AS expected the “DIGITALFLIGHTDECK” avionics and comms equipment were a MAJOR HIT with the OSHKOSH crowds!
DIGITALFLIGHTDECK was a major impact with all who visited the AVEO stand during the exhibition as reflected by the show sales figures.
TO see the production standard units operational and on full display for the first time in public was a fantastic moment and was a credit to AVEOENGINEERING teams who have worked so hard to achieve such a high standard of product with excellent functionality and such an ease of operation.
For AVEOASIA the visit was a fantastic start to our own marketing efforts for the ASIA PACIFIC region and gave us an opportunity to finalise our mutual goals with our partners in Slovakia. It was also an opportunity to meet up with the main players in the LSA market to see their aircraft and associated equipment and compare with our own AVEO PHANTOM aircraft – we wont use the word ‘competition’ as – quite frankly – we are now even more convinced that there is no competition to the Smart Plane - AVEOPHANTOM, especially in terms of price, design, quality, equipment fit and style!
Indeed we finalised our demonstrator aircraft specification with the factory and are eagerly awaiting delivery into Kuala Lumpur in late September and yes, we can’t wait to get our hands on our own PHANTOM.
Of course it wasn’t all business and as aviation enthusiasts we were never bored at any point throughout the whole week – the show is so big! During one afternoon air show we counted over 100 aircraft in the air at one time – fantastic sight & sound.
So what’s next for AVEOASIA?
Well, as were now back in town, we are working full time in several areas – firstly we have the ASIA PACIFIC launch of the AVEO PHANTOM and the DIGITALFLIGHTDECK to organise, the importation and certification of our demonstrator PHANTOM and the expansion of our sales network for which we still require representatives from around the ASIA PACIFIC region to grab the opportunity to be part of the AVEO revolution in Light Sports Aviation.
