AVEOASIA at Singapore Airshow
OK so we couldn’t afford the trade stand! No point not being honest, but Singapore Airshow needed to be attended by AVEOASIA to trade our wares and check on any competition out there.
So we went mobile! Usual brochures, flyers, etc, don the uniforms and take the secret weapon – AVEOFLASH three light set “Mobile Demo Kit” – or “the big flash in a box”!
That the genius of AVEO products – aircraft lights you can run off a 9V radio battery and still give a very impressive demo to all who are interested.

Seriously, Singapore Air Show on at its new facilities proved to be an excellent trade show not quite our line of business, the show being geared for the international aerospace companies, civil and military, but we did ok – a lot of interest in both DFD™ avionics and comms equipment and a number of sales for the, now “infamous” AVEOFLASH™ aircraft lights.
Strangely enough our majority of sales came from the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and drone companies who fully appreciate the robust design, light weight and low power requirements of the AVEOFLASH™ products.
And we can’t mention our Singapore trip without mentioning our Thursday Evening spent with “Wings Over Asia” – thanks guys for a great evening of food , drink, and aviation films and talk – we enjoyed it immensely, definitely one of the highlights of “the Show”!
Perhaps next time Singapore Air Show might set aside some cheaper space, facilities and time, to accommodate the fast expanding Light Sports Aviation community on their doorstep and significantly add to the shows attraction! Excellent Show all the same.......
